Affagato

Simple, elegant, delicious!
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
30ml (1oz) double strength coffee
Chocolate coffee bean (optional)
Scoop the ice-cream into a small elegant dish or glass.
Pour the freshly drawn coffee over the top.
You may place a chocolate coffee bean on top.

Coconut Crème Café

Sweet, creamy and tropical!
30ml (1oz) toddy coffee
½ tsp rum or kahlua extract
150ml (5oz) water
2 tbsp cream coconut
2 tbsp whipping cream
Coconut flakes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 seconds until smooth.
Pour mixture into chilled glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream and coconut flakes.

Iced Coffee Americano

An Americano lets you enjoy the full flavor of an espresso without the intensity.
The Iced Coffee Americano is a great way to enjoy a fresh cup of iced coffee
Coffee ice cubes*
300ml (10oz) filtered water
2 espressos
Simple syrup (optional)
Fill a tall glass with coffee ice cubes and pour in the chilled filtered ice water.
Add the espresso and stir.
Simple syrup maybe served on the side.
Make the drink according to your taste by adding more or less espresso.
*To prepare the coffee ice cubes, simply brew a strong coffee and freeze it in an ice cube tray

Banana Chocolate Cooler

Friends and family will line up for refills!
1 ripe banana
1 cup chocolate ice-cream
30ml (1oz) coffee
90ml (3oz) filtered water
1cup coffee ice cubes
Sugar Sprinkles
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a tall glass.
Garnish with a banana slice.
